Any documents with notarizations completed outside of Harbour Notary & Apostille will be reviewed for quality control, to protect the customer's timeline and investment. Fee Structure: First Apostille: $170 (includes government fee) Each Additional Apostille: $95 each (includes government fees) Pricing includes coordinating and dispatch of documents from start to finish, including materials, USPS- certified shipping between Sacramento office (for CA requests) & scanned file plus local delivery of finished product. In addition, I will be available for communication with the receiving party in the destination country, and any other individuals involved, to ensure instructions are clear & expectations are exceeded. Optional Additions: Mobile Notary Services: $45 Travel, plus $15 per signature notarized Notarizations will include gold-foil embossment.
